You Can Get a Model's Body by Eating Healthy and Exercising Regularly

Exercising is not something we all enjoy doing, with eating we all in the same class.
Taking a healthy diet in every single day is a best thing you can do especially if you want to become/ you are a model. Green leafy vegetables like Cabbage, spinach etc are always recommended for the body, their high content of water in them contribute in fullness without adding any calories.
Consuming bananas more often after waking up and post exercising should be a habit...because they immediately stop muscle breakdown (catabolic), make sure that you stay healthy all the times, know the ingredients of your diet.
"Too keep your body in a good shape as a model, take 2 slices of toasted bread every morning or cereals for breakfast
For lunch have yoghurts and fruits then for supper you should eat vagetable e.g lettuce, cabbage, spinach etc." (Said Noluncedo from Newcastle)
Remember: not eating at all is never a solution or eating once a day, because your body needs those protein, carbohydrates etc in order to perfom at its best, and also you can even suffer from "eating disorder" which is a very popular illness for models.
